Uploading Assets

  1. Click on the Images or Videos button from the main navigation

  2. Area to upload files, either by dragging from desktop and dropping there, or by selecting the computer browse button. See upload steps below

  3. Search for previously uploaded image files

  4. Assets, display chronologically in this section

To Upload Files
  1. Drag & drop eligible files to the upload area, or click on the upload area to select files from your computer
    • Supported file types for Images: PNG and JPG
    • Supported file type for Movies: MP4 (H.264 encoding)
    • Total upload size should not exceed 50GB

B. A green checkmark indicates the file has been uploaded successfully. Uploaded files are listed under the Recent section.

C. For failed uploads, a message describes why the upload process failed. Make sure to only upload supported file types as listed above to prevent failures

The upload area will reset itself after 5 seconds allowing you to continue loading files.

Note: Depending on your network connection, very large files (1Gb or more) may require more time to transfer. Please upload the files at least 30 minutes prior to when you need these assets to play out.
