Menu Management

Update multiple displays and menus all at the same time.

1. Click on the Menus button from the main navigation

2. Menu Management – set pricing model, background image, and any rotating images/videos for your menus

3. Table listing of all Menus for your organization

3A. Select all of your menus

3B. Select one menu at a time

3C. Channel – the channel or display of the menu

3D. Pricing Model – the current price model displayed

3E. Background Image – the current background image displayed

Note: Images will fill the display while maintaining its aspect ratio. Images that do not match the display’s aspect ratio will be clipped to fit.

 

3F. Rotation – the current rotating image or video

3G. Rotation Duration – how many seconds between displaying the menu and the image or video

4. Apply Options to selected menus  – apply the options below to the menus you’ve selected in the Table.

4I. Set the pricing model

Select Image Asset

4J. Set Background Image

  • 4Ja. Open the main navigation and click on the Images button
  • 4Jb. From the Images flyout drag an image over to the “Drop Image Asset Here” area

4K. Rotating Image/Video

  • Open the main navigation and click on either the Images button or Video button
  • From the flyout drag an asset over to the “Drop Image/Video Asset Here” area
  • Click on an option under the “Rotate image/video every” area

Note: Images will fill the display while maintaining its aspect ratio. Images that do not match the display’s aspect ratio will be clipped to fit.

Videos will play full screen on your display. Videos that do not match the display’s aspect ratio will automatically letterbox, while maintaining its aspect ratio.

4L.  Set the number of seconds to rotate between displaying the menu and the rotation asset. The default is 60 seconds with a suggested minimum of 20 seconds.

Note: Images will display for 20 seconds. Videos will play through its duration.

4M. Turn off for selection – select this option if you no longer want to display the rotation asset.

4N. Publish Changes Button – applies and publishes your edits to the selected menus

  • Supported file types for Images: PNG and JPG
  • Supported file type for Movies: MP4 (H.264 encoding)
  • Total upload size should not exceed 50GB
