Streamline Content

Add assets with specific meta tags to Collections and Program Blocks

1. Click on the Tags button from the workflow navigation

3. Add a New Tag

4. Search for a Tag

5. List of all Tags

6. Tagged Items

3A. Enter text for your new tag

3B . Click on the Add button

4. Search for an existing tag

5. List of all existing (previously added) tags

5A . Click on the “More” button (three vertical dots) for view items that have been tagged with this tag

5B. Tag name

5C. Record ID of this tag

5D. Click on the Delete button to delete this tag

6. Tagged Items – items that have been tagged with the selected tag, broken down by Image/Video asset, Collections, and Program Blocks

6A.  Click on a panel (accordion) to expand it.

6B & C. Image/video assets panel lists the asset (filename and thumbnail)
