Snapshots provides insight into what’s playing on a display at a specific point in time. This is useful for troubleshooting display issues, and verifying a Program Block is scheduled at the correct date/time on a Channel.
Note: a black/blank image may mean that your player has been powered off or disconnected from the network within the selected time period.
1. Click on the Reports button from the workflow navigation to access the Snapshots
2. Toggle between snapshots from Today or Archived snapshots from the past seven days
You will be able to see a snapshot of a display every five minutes for the last two hours from today.
You can also view an archive of snapshots from every 15 minutes for the past seven days.
3. Snapshots by Channel
3A. Scroll horizontally to view all available snapshots for each Channel
3B. Thumbnail of the snapshot
3C. Date & Time stamp of when the snapshot was captured
3D. Click to view/download a full size snapshot
